The fine print:  Rider Responsibilities: Must provide own horse (Must be a Mare or Gelding. No Stallions). Saddle and bridle required. U.S. Pony Club approved hard hats are recommended but not required when mounted. Pick up droppings that are off trail. Bring own ground stake to tie horse. Bring bucket for water / food for your horse. Hitching / posting on posts or trees is prohibited at park. Event participants must sign form acknowledging that they understand the rules of the event. Riders must wear heeled shoes. No Dogs allowed. Sign Waiver Day of Event or with Registration: All riders will sign a release indicating they understand the rules of the event and a Waiver with application to attend event. Warning: You assume the risk of equine activities pursuant to Pennsylvania Law.
