Dreams Go On, inc. is committed to creating an environment and workplace that is fair and
inclusive to all employees, volunteers and clients, regardless of their race, gender, physical or cognitive/intellectual ability, religion, or sexual orientation.
At Dreams Go On, we are committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcomed, appreciated, and included, and believe that our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Policy will help us to achieve this goal.
Our DEI policy outlines our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. It outlines how we
are taking the necessary steps to ensure that everyone, employees as well as clients, will feel included, respected, appreciated, and welcomed in our program.

Why are Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Important?
Diversity, Equity, and inclusion are important in the workplace because each individual - with their unique backgrounds, experiences, opinions, and viewpoints – can provide valuable and important considerations and information to enhance better decision making and performance.
Additionally, it is important that we foster an environment that provides psychological safety to all members, as well as provide an environment where they can be most successful through any appropriate accommodations. We are committed to creating an environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, and biases. Once diversity and inclusion are achieved, we can better excel in the areas of teamwork, collaboration, innovation, decision making and conflict resolution, representation, creativity, and much more!
